/Considering going vegan which would be a total challenge since I’m the crappiest vegetarian ever (usually choosing fish over not eating at all or having a sandwich when there’s no veggie food avaliable). I’m gonna read some lit on the subject with the purpose of discouraging myself out of being the biggest feta cheese junkie on earth. Im thinking I’ll start easy with Jonathan Safran Foer’s Eating animals. Will also start testing out the vegan alternatives to dairy products to se where it leads me. In theory I’m quite the idealist but in real life I suck at the living as I learn bit. I guess it’s no use bashing oneself over not being able to lead the perfect (vegan, nonconsuming, generally constructive and efficent) stepford wifey life but I sure as hell could try a bit harder. Knowing myself (and people in general) I know the best way is to use yr brilliant mind to trick yourself into change, and that’s what I’m gonna do. Soy milk and some reading being the first steps.

I love little girls they make me feel so good.

THE BOOKS — admin @ 7:17 am

These days I’m quite the library fiend. What I love the most about it isn’t the fact that all the books I yet have not find when scavenging for them second hand are avaliable but all the highlighted passages and small notes thoughts written in the marginal by their prevous readers. I won’t ever understand those who find it a crime dog earing books or deny themselves the pleasure of reading in the bathtub because of the risk of the paper getting damaged. Naturally you should respect the pieces but I want mine to be loved and I want it to show.

Anyway, here’s the list of the books I have read so far this year.
